The answer to that is any. Whatever your age or ability we will try our best to adapt our activity session to suit you.

For example a large percentage of our regular customers have learning difficulties

Yes a little bit. However you are given full protective clothing – overalls, masks, hoods and gloves.

Our paintball markers are set at a medium 200-220 f.p.s. Legal limit is 280 f.p.s. Thus allowing good ranged, accurate shots, without excessive speed. Therefore the worst you will feel is a slight stinging pain after being hit which lasts for only a few seconds.

A reasonable level of fitness is required, however regular breaks are given and we will go at your pace.

Paintballing – 12 & upwards.
Outdoor Pursuits – 8 & upwards.
Climbing / Abseiling – 18 & over.

Paintballing - This all depends on yourself and how ‘trigger happy' you are. We recommend that you bring between £30 - £40 for a good day out paintballing.
